Its innovative plate-load design, with a one-inch diameter plate post, is based on single-station health club machines, and Body-Solid has incorporated the same two-by-four-inch (W x D) mainframe steel from its commercial grade equipment. The full range cam design has an easy to use pop pin that allows an additional 26 adjustments to increase and control your range of motion. The weight plate post is 1" inch diameter. Olympic Adapter Sleeve, weight plates and collar are optional.
